It's recommended you repaint every seven to 10 years. Homes in coastal areas may need more frequent repainting, perhaps every five to seven years. A good paint team, and paint system makes it look great as well.

Well prepared surfaces, quality products, and correct application is a must for paint works- but not all that is needed for the best overall outcome. Paint is aesthetic, a preventative, not a remedy for binding, bumping, scraping, or sticking doors and windows - nor should it be.
